A bit more work done on the Chapter Master. The face still needs a bit of work, and I may push the OSL from the sword on the armour a bit more. OSL is very tricky over the metallics. Click the image to enlarge it, as usual.

Sanguinary Phalanx Chapter Master WIP (5)
More progress done on this chap. The gold is very nearly done, with just the right wing to finish off before a few glazes here and there to richen the colour a bit. The feathers for the wings and silver / chrome will be next up.

First Venator nearly done
I have nearly finished one Venator, there are just one or two minor adjustments to be made. Maz suggested a longer ariel earlier on today and also a lighter shade on the sandy areas. This is my first attempt at weathering and I am pretty pleased with it! I was going for a sort of Mad Max sad-beaten look :) Slightly inspired by this one by Jarhead:http://www.coolminiornot.com/271608
